Top Sox does not
charge for art, nor are there any set-up fees.
Sizes
Most styles are
available from small to large. Extra large and king sizes incur
additional fees.
Terms
Fifty percent
of payment is due with your order. You may pay the balance C.O.D.
or net 30 with approved credit. In addition to purchase orders,
we accept Visa and MasterCard.
Pricing
Prices are subject
to change without notice. They do not reflect any royalty charges
that may be instituted by the Universities. If applicable, royalty
charges will be added at the time of invoicing.
Packaging
Specially designed
gift multi-packs are available. Clear gift boxes are .25 cents
per box for single pairs and .40 cents for multiple sets. There
is no gift box charge for Crib and Toddler Styles S and 401.
Minimums
Minimum order
is 60 pairs or five dozen. We reserve the right to ship and bill
for five percent over or under the quantity orders.
Cancellations
Cancellations
or order changes must be made in writing or via e-mail to service@topsox.com. Cancellations
are not accepted if your order is in production.
Backorders
We backorder out-of-stock
items. Backorders remain open unless an earlier cancel date is
given. Please cancel unwanted backroders immediately or you will
be subject to restocking and freight charges.
Shipping
Shipping
is F.O.B. High Point, N.C. We ship all orders UPS.
Refusals
Unclaimed, undeliverable
or refused orders are subject to restocking and freight charges.
If the order is re-shipped, you are responsible for the additional
freight charges.
Delivery
Delivery is 10
working days after receipt of order on stock items. Delivery
is five to six weeks for most orders with customer-approved artwork.
Please allow eight weeks for delivery on orders with custom heatseals.
Claims
All claims must
be filed within five days after receipt of goods. Your invoice
number must accompany the claim. Accurately count shortages by
style, color and size. Returns are accepted with authorization

Defective merchandise will be replaced or credited to your account.
